We launched Expediting Services, Inc. in 1999 to provide entitlements through occupancy services, primarily, for residential tract home developers. At the time, we provided all of the permitting services for Shea Homes (Ventura/LA Division), Brookfield Homes and several other smaller home developers. Since 1999 we've grown from 2 to 6 employees, each specializing in specific jurisdictions.
